Separation and divorce is never easy. Trying to navigate the divorce process while supporting your child’s emotional wellbeing can feel challenging. And when you add in co-parenting struggles or conflict, it is easy to feel overwhelmed fast.

This parenting series, facilitated by certified parent coach Jen Kiss, helps you learn how to set you and your children up for success.

We will go through co-parenting best practices, how to best support your children and share experiences to help grow your confidence and your community.

We will cover:

  • How to minimize co-parenting struggles

  • Creating new structures & routines

  • Healthy boundaries

  • Dealing with child stress, anxiety & behavior challenges

  • Divorce education & resources

This weekly parenting series, facilitated by certified parent coach Jen Kiss, covers things we come across when parenting a neurodiverse child. Each week we will dive into a new topic to help you better understand your child’s brain and challenges. But most importantly we will discover how to tap into the superpowers of your child’s brain to make parenting easier. This is a confidential small group series aims to foster connection, peer to peer learning and a growing support network.

We will cover:

  • How the neurodiverse brain works

  • The social and emotional impacts of being neurodiverse

  • Necessary supports and structure

  • Parenting tools that work best for discipline

  • How to help minimize symptoms

With an extensive background in eating disorders, Kaitlin has helped hundreds of families over the last decade overcome eating challenges. As a community we will do a deep dive into the world of eating and how to best help our kids become more adventurous eaters. Kaitlin will share evidence-based strategies for feeding your child and reducing stress at meal and snack times.
