In this session you will learn:
how to identify signs of anxiety
the neuroscience of anxiety
about the role that thoughts, gut health, sleep, and movement play in childhood anxiety
actionable ways to respond to kids struggling with anxiety
how to seek help for your child when needed
The format of this session is 60 minutes of content/learning and 30 minutes for Q/A and group sharing.

About Claire Lowe:
Claire is a licensed professional clinical counselor. She specializes in anxiety and ADHD, providing psychotherapy to caregivers of kids struggling with these concerns. She has a certification in nutrition from Cornell University and her work is informed by neuroscience, health psychology, and developmental psychology. Claire has experience working in private practice, in-home, and school-based settings and previously worked in research on childhood mental health and education.
