In this class, Kaitlin Lytle, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, will bring us together to discuss the topic of Picky Eating. With an extensive background in eating disorders, Kaitlin has helped hundreds of families over the last decade overcome eating challenges. As a community we will do a deep dive into the world of eating and how to best help our kids become more adventurous eaters. Kaitlin will share evidence-based strategies for feeding your child and reducing stress at meal and snack times. Together we will practice these skills in an interactive way and answer questions throughout.
About Kaitlin Lytle:
Kaitlin Lytle is a mother of two, the owner of Linden Therapy, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. With an extensive background in eating disorders, Kaitlin has helped hundreds of families over the last decade overcome eating challenges. Kaitlin specializes in several types of eating disorders, but primarily works with those who struggle with ARFID, a type of selective eating due to sensory aversion or fears of adverse consequence.
Kaitlin is a skilled and compassionate therapist whose goal for her clients is to reconnect them with the things in life that brought them joy. Kaitlin helps children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, learning disorders, neurodivergent disorders, acute and chronic illnesses, and eating disorders. She has a BA from St. Olaf College, an MPH from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and an MFT from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
