For over 20 years, Brooks Wilkening, MAMFT and Life Coach has had the opportunity to serve teenagers with her teen coaching program. She is dedicated to helping people silence self doubt and build lasting confidence. Brooks help teens, young adults, and parents uncover obstacles, manage self talk, and develop lasting confidence. She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with a Confidence Coaching Certification and if her name sounds familiar, she might have taught your kids how to swim!
